Teachers
Thank you for stopping by!
We believe that with educators’ active involvement in environmental education, waste reduction and environmental protection can be achieved.
While students are learning multiplication, division and percentages, why not use waste reduction as a practical application? Have you thought about bringing a worm bin into your classroom as a hands-on approach in teaching the role of living organisms within their ecosystem? Including environmental issues in your classroom curriculum may be just what you need to add another dimension to your lessons plans.
Educators that incorporate environmental education into their classroom know the importance of introducing environmental concepts to students at a young age. Students who learn about interactions between the natural environment, industry, economy and society will have a strong foundation to become environmentally informed individuals.
