Saint Louis County Department of Health sponsors contests to encourage school and residential recycling. Right now we are celebrating our Recycling Becomes Me (RBM) education campaign with occasional RBM facebook contests -- anyone, particularly residents living in St. Louis County, can participate. We just concluded the $500 scholarship Recycling Becomes Me Essay Contest for college-bound high school students!
