Classroom Paper Recycling Bins
RSP will provide free classroom recycling bins to any Saint Louis County school with an established paper-recycling program. The bins are 14 gallon in size (15.5”L x 14.5”W x 18”H) and are made of 50% recycled-content plastic, with a minimum of 25% post-consumer recycled content.

To receive the bins, the school must agree to the following:
- The blue bins are loaned to the school for paper recycling only and will not be used for trash, storage or other non-recycling related use.
- If the school discontinues the paper-recycling program, the bins will be returned to RSP.
- The school may only request one bin per classroom, office and copy machine.
- The school will develop an inventory and tracking system for the bins, which includes plans for accountability for proper care and storage of the bins over summer vacation.
- Replacement of missing or lost bins will be filled only after documentation of the school’s tracking system is submitted.
RSP has been pleased to provide over 17,000 classroom bins to Saint Louis County Schools. As with any petroleum-based commodity, the cost of the bins has almost doubled. To keep this program free, RSP requests that schools comply with the above.
To order bins, please complete the following form and mail or fax back to RSP per the directions on the form.
